The structure of this Grade II listed building dates back in parts to the 15th century with a 19th century addition of a gabled front.
The building has had many uses, most notably as a Club Room for an adjacent pub, a sign writer's studio and an antiques shop.
Magnus London was tasked with the careful transformation of the house into a retail facility on the ground floor and living accommodation in the upper parts.
